Mailboxes are located in the second floor lobby. Postal boxes are assigned to each tenant by the USPS and each tenant is provided one mailbox key. Additional keys may be ordered for a cost of $10.00 each. Outgoing mail slots are also located in the 2nd floor lobby.

Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large deliveries and freight for Three Tree Medical Arts Building take place in on the 1st floor of Three Tree Medical Art Building. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Deliveries for the Highline Medical Pavilion take place via the main entrance on the Ground Floor. There is no loading dock. Delivery vehicles must park curbside adjacent to the main entrance, or park in the visitor parking areas (vehicle size and available spaces permitting). The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
